She was finally born this morning! Natalie Jo, 9lbs 6oz. I have not seen her yet. We left Saturday morning to go to the hospital in La. and sit and wait and wait and sit all day Saturday and part of the day Sunday. She just was not ready AT ALL. It was a long and hard process for "mom and dad" but they did it. She ended up having a C-section done (although she wanted so bad to avoid it) due to complications. So she labored for 2 1/2 days and finally she is here. I can't wait to see her! I am so happy for their new little family.
So, James and I have started a Bible Study together and I love it!!! It is challenging and motivating at the same time and a real eye opener on our marriage. It's funny also, we are challenged every day and the responses to the different situations are entertaining to say the least. I will keep updating our progress as time goes by.

I'm back!
I have not had any time to pay attention to my "Blog" page in quite some time obviously but I have actually found a 5 minute window to sit down and enjoy some peace and quiet. For those of you who don't know I started back to work about 6 months ago after being at home with the kids for the past couple of years. It has not been easy at all. I expected everyone to fall into place when I left the home and step up and pull their own weight. That has not happened yet. So, my relaxation time, quiet time, or any time for that matter has been suspended until further notice...ha ha or something drastically changes. I love my job not so much the hours but the work seems to fit me well. It definitely keeps my day busy. Since going back to work though, I have lost touch with most of my friends and family one of my good friends has moved away and believe it or not "yes" life still is moving forward. Time seems to just fly by so quickly. Speaking of time flying by, my oldest kiddo is turning 14 next week! I cannot believe it. He wants his dad to take him and some guys camping for his birthday. I am sure there will be no objections from "dad" on that. He's a great kid!
We are headed back to LA this weekend for the birth of our new niece. I am sooooo excited! She is due Saturday weather she likes it or not. If she doesn't come into this world on her own "mom" will have to be induced. Please pray for her because she is not to excited about that. This baby will be such a blessing to the family for so many reasons. God has such a magnificent way of revealing His will in our lives through others, even newborn babies. It is such a exciting event that is about to happen. Bridges will be built to begin begin new relationships and to bring together old ones.
Your prayers are requested for our family. Several months ago, God told me something that I wasn't ready to hear or wanting to hear but I knew I needed to hear. After youth camp I realized, not in the full capacity yet, that God wanted me to surrender to Him and allow Him to lead me in a direction that I was not yet comfortable with. Truthfully, not at all comfortable with. He told me one simple thing "GO". My first response..."Go where?" my second response...."Go when?" God is still showing me and I am still listening. Probably not like I should lately because I have allowed some things to distract me, mainly myself, but it sounds better to me when I say some things,,,ha ha. Anyway, God is beginning to open doors...it's sooo exciting. What's next for us God? Will it be big or will it be small? Will I realize it at first or will it all of a sudden hit me one day that it already happened(I hope not)? I think everyone has been here. I know we have. It just seems like the first time every time for me.
I believe my 5 minute window is closing because the family is starting to circle like sharks around the computer. Maybe a second laptop would be a good idea. One for me and one for everyone else...lol. Until next time,(who knows when that will be) have a great week.

It's been 31 years!
My birthday is almost here again. I cannot believe I am 31 years old already. It sometimes seems like yesterday that I was playing hide and go seek with the neighborhood kids and my older brother. I was thinking yesterday of my 12th birthday party and my mom had planned a scavenger hunt for my brother and me for our birthdays. There were so many kids roaming our poor little neighborhood and knocking on doors I do not know how we ever completed it.She made me and Dillon(brother) these B-day cakes that looked like hamburgers with all the fixings. It was so much fun! I do not know why as adults we quit having fun on our birthdays. Why can't we go on scavenger hunts and have crazy cakes with all our friends? Just because I am getting older should not mean that I have to quit having fun on my birthday. So, I have decided I WILL do something crazy and fun for my birthday. I may even make myself a crazy cake (or buy). Why should I dread another older? This is my day to celebrate the life that my God has created. So I will leave you with these 2 words PARTY ON!!!!

Tennessee Bound!!
I only have a second to type a few things. Sorry it has been so long. Man! This summer has been so CRAZY!!!! I am leaving with my church on a youth/mission/camp trip to Tennessee. I am sooooo excited. It has been so rough preparing the family for this though. I had to beg, borrow and buy new luggage so that everyone in the house had something to put their clothes in. I guess I could have used Wal-Mart bags...lol. Anyway were off tomorrow and I wanted to ask for your prayers for the drive, the patience, but most importantly, the ministry. We are going to minister to others there in a few different ministries but my prayers are for our group specifically to get ministered to. Students and adults both. I am ready! You can check us out this week and what is going on at fuge.com and find M-Fuge and Tennessee. I hope that works anyway..lol. TTYL!
